Reliant Technologies Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (August 16, 2007) —Reliant Technologies, Inc., today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.
The underwriters for the offering will be Piper Jaffray & Co. and Banc of America Securities LLC acting as joint book-running managers and Jefferies & Company, Inc. and RBC Capital Markets as co-managers. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
